Featuring "Oramor Shylo--Emerald

I had always wanted a cat called "Shylo". When it was time to have another cat in the house, my husband and I both  wanted a Burmese male kitten; just had to be Burmese.
So, we found "Oramor" in the yellow pages and Sue said that she had one male kitten available, and that he was gorgeous.  She described him as cream with apricot ears, apricot paws .  We decided there and then to take him.  So I told Sue that his name was going to be "Shylo" and Sue replied "That's funny, this is his fathers name!!"  So it was fate, Shylo was meant to be ours.  We have no children, so Shylo is our spoilt only child.  He is almost eleven months old now and he has turned out to be the most entertaining, naughty, social, energetic cat we have ever seen, and we just can't imagine life without him now.
Thanks Sue for saving the best kitten for us, even if it wasn't planned.  We believe it was pure fate!

Hi Sue, Well my husband and I relocated from Emerald to Bundaberg.  Shylo absolutely loves going for drives in the car, so the 6--7 hour car trip from Emerald to Bundy was a breeze he sat on my knee nearly the whole way.
He is still the love of our lives, and by the way he purrs when he is with us, I feel that he loves us too.
Thanks for our "Shylo", Regards,  Leonie & Gary Williams 15/3/04

Hi Sue, We still thought you might like to see the latest pictures of Shylo. After several weeks of ten minute sessions in his jacket, Shylo went for his first walk around the house this morning. We will all be moving into an apartment shortly and the jacket for Shylo will come in very handy.
He is still the love of our lives, and I reckon we are the love of his life too. He is so loyal and faithful; he has so much personality and when people come to visit, he chats to them and cuddles them, everyone loves him too.
He is purrrrfect and is now 10 years old.

Cheers,  Shylo, Leonie & Gary 14/2/10

Sue,  Photo of 'Jinx', which is an apt description of her playful, affectionate nature.
She is very much part of the family, has the dog totally 'baffled' and rules the household.  She shares herself of a  night by first sleeping in  Natalie's bed and then next to me once I retire.
I'm supposed to be the one who is not a fan of cats, however the Burmese breed has
certainly changed my opinion--but, only of Burmese. I would not contemplate any other breed.  Took some great photos of her investigating  the inside of an antique Broome diving helmet.
