Dear Sue,
This is a very upsetting Email.
My beautiful Simba got run over on Thursday.
I had a port folio of his and was going to send it to by Email.
We are all so, so miserable. He was the most intelligent cat and he loved us all. I just wanted to let you know that you have the most incredible way of bringing up your kittens.
Thank you for giving us the joy we had with him even for just this short time. He was so so loved and we are just all too miserable at the moment. Even my other animals are whimpering especially the other Burmese. Please KEEP IN TOUCH.
Regards, Nicky from Mount Isa  13/3/06

Sue thank you. Will let you choose the pick of the litter for me. This time will not allow kitten to venture outside. Tinkerbelle is missing her pal so much, so much so, that she went off eating. Look forward to our chats again. Nicky  3/06

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR NEW LITTER! Do not know how you do it all.   Emails, getting cats onto planes. etc etc.
Your very special. And thank- you.
REGARDS, NICKY.  Mt. Isa 2/4/06

Sue, Suki is just wonderful and has taken over our lives. She is so bright. Struts around. Tells me when she is hungry. Tinkerbelle has taken her under her wing and the dogs give her a lick. She has settled in so quickly. Keep well.
Regards Nicky 20th June, 06 Mt. Isa

I received word today from Nicky saying Suki (on left) had died after being mauled by the dog next door 15/8/06 -
Please keep your kitten/cat protected inside and provide a cat run for you valued fur-person.  Sue

I thought I would let you know that Bailey has settled in well. He purred all the way home from the airport & hasn't stopped since. After a quiet 24 hrs getting over jet lag we introduced him slowly to Suki & Pebbles. Initially there was a lot of hissing & growling (the other cats not him) but by the end of the week he & Suki (my 6mth old burmese) have become inseparable. Both Bailey & Suki sleep on my bed (no room for me now!) & their antics chasing each other around the house, have sent us into fits of laughter. By the end of the 1st week, they both snuggle up together (when they finally stop racing around) with lots of grooming of each other Bailey is quite bold, very inquisitive & a bit naughty at times. He's such a beautiful kitten & has a lovely nature -
Thank you very much for allowing me to become the adopted mother of one of your kittens.
Kind regards,

Bailey had his vaccination booster and the Vet nurses thought he was adorable & took him out for a cuddle & gave him a present.
Since Sunday last weekend (10 days after he moved in) he has taken to suckling Suki whenever they snuggle up together. Now as she's never been a Mum (she's 7 mths & desexed) its quite interesting to see - great for the bonding between the 2 of them. Sometimes she pushes him off with her back foot or just gets up & walks away but he keeps on trying - big sook! Most times she just lays back & lets him & gives him a wash at the same time. In the 2 weeks he has grown quite a bit - weighs 1.8 kgs & his coat is getting glossy. He is the perfect companion for Suki - they go everywhere together & play endlessly.
I would definitely recommend getting 2 Burmese kittens at the same time or as close in age as possible.
