Benefits of owning a Siamese kitten
Owning a Siamese kitten offers a unique blend of deep companionship, active engagement, and low-maintenance care. Often described as "dog-like," these kittens are known for their extreme loyalty and desire to be a central part of their owner's life.
Key Benefits of Siamese Kittens:
Deep Social Bonding: Siamese cats are famous for forming intense attachments to their owners. They often follow you from room to room like a "shadow" and crave constant human interaction.
High Intelligence & Trainability: Considered one of the smartest cat breeds, they learn quickly. Many owners successfully train them to play fetch, walk on a leash, or perform basic tricks using positive reinforcement like clicker training.
Playful & Energetic Nature: They retain a "kitten-like" playfulness well into adulthood. Their high energy levels make them excellent playmates for active households and older children who can engage with them regularly.
"Conversational" Companions: If you enjoy a talkative pet, Siamese are perfect. They are highly vocal and will "chat" with you throughout the day using a distinctive, low-pitched meow to express their needs and feelings.
Low-Maintenance Grooming: Their short, sleek coats require minimal effort. A quick weekly brushing is usually enough to keep their fur in top condition and distribute skin oils.
Long Lifespan: With proper nutrition and veterinary care, Siamese cats are known for their longevity, often living 15 to 20 years.
Household Compatibility
Family-Friendly: They generally get along well with children and other pets, provided they are introduced properly.
Therapeutic Presence: Their affectionate nature can provide significant emotional support; many owners find their presence helps reduce stress and loneliness.

Visitation Policy:-
Please note: Due to strict biosecurity measures endorsed by the guidelines of the respected providers listed below,
we do not permit visitors or anyone outside Oramor to handle kittens prior to their first vaccination at 9.5 weeks of age
for any reason.
This policy exists for the following evidence-based reasons:
-
Kittens have underdeveloped immune systems, making them especially vulnerable to infectious diseases in early life. (Small Door Veterinary) Small Door Veterinary
-
Kittens receive maternally-derived antibodies from their mother which help protect them from diseases early in life — however, these antibodies decline over the first weeks of life, leaving a window of vulnerability before vaccination takes effect. (RSPCA Australia Knowledgebase, citing the Australian Veterinary Association and WSAVA 2024 Guidelines) RSPCA Knowledgebase
-
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to introducing you to your kitten once they are safely vaccinated and protected.
